A New Moon Pause
An Invitation to My Free Circle
✨This is part of my Voicekeeper Substack, where I share stories, rituals, and practices to help you Awaken → Reclaim → Embody. Paid subscribers receive guided meditations, journal prompts, and behind-the-circle practices.
This past week has felt heavy. The collective energy has been loud and unsettled, and my own nervous system has needed more tending than usual. Maybe you’ve felt it too.
I keep coming back to how important it is to pause and give ourselves space when the world feels loud and tough. And that’s exactly what the new moon offers us: a cosmic reset.
The new moon is a quiet invitation. It reminds us that we don’t have to do everything, solve everything, or carry everything at once. We can sit in the dark, breathe, and listen to what’s stirring beneath the surface.
That’s why I hold New Moon Circles.
Together, we create a pocket of stillness and set intentions:
Ground with meditation and breathwork
Release the weight of the week (or the month, or the season)
Plant new seeds of intention
Hold space for each other’s becoming
It’s not about performance or perfection. It’s about pausing long enough to remember who we are and what matters most.
If this past week has stretched you thin, this is your invitation to exhale. To come back to yourself. To reset under the new moon.
