I’m traveling this weekend and as I was writing my last post, I was thinking about how impactful the concept of a rhythm menu could be as a ritual.

We really do not take enough time to really sit with our wants and needs. I think it would be easy to just make a menu based on what you think you need. But what if you actually tuned in and made a menu just for you?

First, a quick reminder on what a rhythm menu is. Instead of a routine, we are work from a menu and apply what we need in the moment by simply asking, “what do I need in this moment?”

There is no guilt or expectations around what we decide to do from the menu. We simply acknowledge what we need and do it!

You're at the threshold. This is a sacred space reserved for members of The Returning — women who have said yes to coming home to themselves. If that's you, we'd love to have you inside.
