Today is the first day of March. This is notoriously a busy month for us and it has my birthday and my oldest daughter’s birthday too. I woke up this morning with a sense of freshness and a desire for a reset, so I did! We cleaned, I did a simmer pot, opening the windows, blew cinnamon into my door and sat down for this reading.
But it was also a hard day. The news is hard and overwhelming. It took everything inside of me to not waste my energy doom scrolling today. That feeling of helplessness is tough and I have a feeling more is coming. So take a deep breath and take care of yourself. It’s so important.
