Releasing into Renewal
My thoughts on eclipse season + journal prompts for today
Last night, my kids, husband, and I gathered around the table. We each wrote down what we wanted to release, then burned our papers with gratitude and openness for what comes next.
This never would have happened before.
In the structures of organized religion, spiritual practice often felt like obligation — not connection. But this ritual gave us a way to connect with ourselves and each other.
And something shifted.
I woke up this morning with a renewed sense of energy (strange, considering it’s eclipse season). Just the act of releasing brought clarity and direction for the week ahead.
Here’s what I wrote down:
What’s been holding me back in my business
What’s been holding me back in my personal life
Habits and annoyances I want to leave behind
I went to bed with release.
I woke up with refresh.
🧡 A New Rhythm
I began my morning slowly — reading, meditating, aligning my chakras, pulling oracle cards, and making my latte.
Now, as I sit here writing this, I feel excitement — for today, for this week, and for what’s to come. I can’t wait for the 999 portal on Tuesday to work on my manifestations.
These moments of intention, ritual, and togetherness are more than practices. They are reminders. They root us in who we are and where we’re going. They offer purpose and reflection.
So this eclipse season, I’m feeling hopeful and filled with intention.
It’s going to be a beautiful rest of the year. Can you feel it?
