The Circle I Held for Myself
A gift from me to you
I want to tell you something true.
Yesterday, I held the first Voicekeeper Circle. A live ritual space for women to come back to themselves and to reclaim power and agency in a moment that keeps asking everything of us.
I created it for you. For the woman who has been feeling the weight of the world pressing down on her. For the one who keeps giving and holding and managing and quietly wondering: what about me?
And then something happened that I didn’t expect.
Somewhere in the middle of holding that space, I reconnected with my own power. Not in a dramatic way. In a quiet, cellular way. I left knowing, really knowing, that I can access that no matter how crazy or hard the world gets.
That’s what this practice does. That’s what returning to your voice does.
Here’s what I’ve learned about doing the inner work alone:
It’s possible. You can grow in isolation. Journal the pages, sit in the quiet, do the excavating.
But there’s a ceiling you keep bumping up against that you can’t quite name.
I know because I did it that way for a long time. And then I found myself in spaces with other women who were also in it — also returning, questioning, unraveling, remembering. And something shifted that I couldn’t have manufactured on my own.
We are not meant to do this alone.
Especially not right now. When the world is loud and heavy and asking so much of us. When it’s so easy to lose yourself in the noise and wake up one day wondering what happened to the woman who used to know exactly who she was.
This is not the moment to abandon yourself.
This is the moment you are being called back to yourself.
I recorded the Circle, and I want you to have it.
It’s less than an hour of breath, ritual, and remembering. Something you can return to whenever the world feels like too much.
And if it resonates — the Circle is monthly. I’d love to have you there in person next time.
