The In-Between
Why “just change your energy” doesn’t work when you’re not ready yet
You’ve entered a field of remembering.
If you want to stay inside, receive each letter, and access private rituals + audio, the door is just below.

Can we talk about the in-between?
That moment when you know something needs to change in your life, but you are not ready yet. You can feel it in your body. You can sense it hovering just out of reach. But you’re still here, still figuring it out, still unsure what the next step even is.
Over the last few weeks, I’ve been hearing a lot of phrases in the spiritual community that don’t resonate with me. Things like:
Change your energy
Choose a different path
Raise your vibration
You get the idea.
My issue with statements like these is that they make it seem easy. As if you can simply decide your way out of where you are. And if you have ever been in the in-between, you know that isn’t how it works.
In my upcoming book, I write about my awakening and how there was a time when I wished I wasn’t here anymore. I didn’t just decide to feel differently. There was no switch to flip and no vibration to raise. What I needed was time. I needed space to understand who I was and where I was going. Awakening was only the first phase.
These kinds of messages also ignore something crucial: your history and your nervous system. Healing is not just energetic. It is embodied. Your nervous system shapes how safe change feels, how quickly you can move, and what kind of support you need.
The idea that you can scroll, take what resonates, and leave the rest is helpful in theory. But when you are in the in-between, you are often searching for answers. You are foggy. You are vulnerable. And it is easy to grab onto any solution that promises relief, even if it is not the right one for you.
When I work with clients, we don’t start with big declarations or dramatic shifts. We start small. We focus on what actually works for you. We build something sustainable, not a fleeting moment of feeling “high vibe.”
When you are in the fog, you don’t need a spotlight in your face.
You need someone to reach in and take your hand.
My goal is to be that anchor for you, while also teaching you how to guide yourself. Because what matters most is not how you feel in one moment, but how you learn to support yourself moving forward.

Honor the in-between and most importantly, honor yourself.
So much love & light,
